Any help at all guys. Feel free to offer any solutions. I am now watching tv on my computer, how depresssing.

I need help guys. My Beovision 7 Mk III 40 inch has stopped working and it controls the signals for the rest of the house. The TV just turned itself off when i was in another room. So far i have tested and replaced the fuze the fuze which is a 3 amp and is fine now. I have tested the power coming out of the power cable is that is ok, I have even swapped

I can confirm this as well because the engineer updated my beo 7 40 mkiii with the latest 10 software yesterday and the required PUC for my foxsat HDR and it works fine.

It starts with 21 so i sent him the correct one. Thanks for the help guys. Carl

I'm not sure but he is going to get back to me with a quote for the software update so I will ask him then just out of curiosityI am pretty sure your correct though

Then it seems i have sent him the correct serial number as it is 8 digits long. not sure what he wants it for? Thank you very much for your help Regards Carl Sheerman

It just says monitor, Tv Tuner and DVD in the service menu. The monitor information has a serial number, is that the one the engineer is after?

I am about to get my Mk 3 7 40 inch updated with the latest software and he has asked for the serial number of the TV however i have a close wall bracket and therfore cannot see the back of the TV. Is there any way i can find out this in some service menu somewhere. Thanks in advance. Regards Carl
