Another humming scenario involving my BS9000 and Penta's. Both were fine using Mk3 cable for beolab speakers with displays.....changed one of them for an eBay purchased 20 metre cable. Surprised that the 2400 is a sought after item and a prize worth winning. Several months back I tried selling a complete 2400 system consisting of furniture, speakers, tuner, phono etc etc at starting bid of £150 for the lot. No one wanted it. I am due to put it all in the wheely bin, but cannot bring myself to ditch them as they are all mint

Hi, I had this issue on my BS9000 Mk1 approx 5 years ago. Solved by dealer upgrading IR reciever in BS9000. Think it cost approx £80 although memory hazy and no other details, Thanks Russ

Hmm, I wonder if there will be two prices. Have been told that there are two sections. The back end which includes 500GB hard disk and can be connected to TV or monitor so you can navigate on your TV and also browse the web and show pictures but no movies. The front end which has the screen and wheel sections. Can be sold separately! Russ

Yes - Camberley is worth seeing with large Beoliving setup, also their sister store in Guildford is nice, plus Guildford is nice town with cobble stone streets etc. If going to London then prob goto Selfridges, however not the best as its kinda placed at the bottom of escalators and it does not have proper walled enclosure - plus lots of tourists squeezing

I have felt this a few times in amny products, most recently my iPhone. When docked and charging from mains, it has a kind of electric vibration when touched and more so when hand moved along it. Would be intrested to know why, Cheers Russ

I would like to see more pictures\ thumbnails\ flash......anything to break up all the text. I think this would help 'lead' people to click and explore as images often excite more and are more noticeable than lists!
