BeoSystem 3, BV7-32 are ok, cause they got different chassis.

From the factory BV8 doesn't come with Apple on the STB list. Software needs to be updated. In Software Tool Kit MKII there is a few Apple: remote, tv, etc, but you have to go to Expert Mode and choose Apple Australia. If you get only Apple remote, won't work easly.

Hi, Have you tried A.AUX on your remote ? Are you sure that options are set correctly ? (if radio and cd works, should be ok) Sure, your source is connected to A.AUX not PowerLink ? Try to increase volume on your Apple ? If won't help, reconnect whole system. regards, Michael
