Hi, I upgraded my Beolab 1 speakers with Beolab 5 speakers yesterday but wasn't able to get out any sound yet (although the green light is on when I start the system). I am using powerlink mk3 cables at the moment but from the info I found on this forum it seems that only mk2 cables will work? Do you normally get any sound at all with mk3 cables

I was wondering if the only proper way to transport Beolab 5 speakers is standing up or if it would be ok to lay them down (obviously on something soft). Has anybody ever transported them without the original packaging? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you. s.
