I got same problem before. If you have windows PC, it should be installed "Net Framework ver.3.5(at least)" on your computer. I have two PC (laptop, desktop). When I got "No vailed configuration" I changed another PC(with NET Framework 3.5), re-install 5.12CTtool then Beo6 back to normal. Also updated 2 way function. I think CTtool

Hi Elmar. I was changed option music server 'yes'. Other option is still same. (BS9000 master, BS5 slave) After solve this problem still remain problem about album art. Pressing "N.MUSIC" It shows three album arts on the Beo6. But after pressing '+' or touch the album art directly, doesn't show album art. Thank you. Jack

I reply myself. I solved this problem. When enter set up menu (standby+GO) I founded ghost button (No button name). I entered BS5 IP address on my Beo6. Then I can see the album art on Beo6 now. Thank you.

Hi beoworld! I got problem about wifi connection. After updated my Beo6 by CTtool 5.12, it connected wifi by auto setup. During configuration, another "N MUSIC" button came up my Beo 6. (Two "N.MUSIC" buttons on my Beo6.) One "N.MUSIC" button is same as old fuction like 'MOST','RED',GREEN','BLUE'

Dear Keith. I have question. I heard that DCX3200 pronto code works with old DCT 6200. Than I founded ccf files from 'remotecentral' website. Is it possible to make ccf file to xml file? (Sorry for my poor knowledge.) I can give you ccf file for DCT 6200 (I was downloaded form 'remotecentral" web site.) Please advice. Thank you.

Thank you for your kindness advice. I was wrong. I extract XML files in the "My document" folder, not C://. I can see come up "Motorola DCX3200 Test" with three button "ENTER",GUIDE", "EXIT" Let you know it works or not later I'm in the office. Thank you so much Keith.

Dear Keith. After I saved DCX3200 XML file in my PC and configuration S/W show up name as "Product" then I added. However, nothing come up in "EDIT" menu and couldn't made physical connection in "choose product" menu. Did I something wrong? Please advice. Thank you.
