According to my dealer, they finally figured out the problem. Seems that the motherboard was feeding the wrong voltage to the RAM. Initially they were replacing the faulty motherboard/RAM with another faulty one.. After they had numerous cases of reoccuring fault, they finally figured out and made changes to production. Hello All, this is my first post.. yeahh...about two months ago I purchased BeoSound 5 with BeoLab 3 speakers. One month after getting the system, the Beomaster 5 crashed. my dealer advised that it was a bad main board. Last week it crashed again. dealer advised me that it is the main board again.. it is very frustrating. is anyone aware of this issue
