thats is all so disappointing for you mate :( i have a BV7-40 mark 4, and by and large ive had no issues with it at all. and with the cost of these TV's, I certainly would not be happy if i had! you deserve better customer service from B&O dealership in your area. - It would make u wanna go out n buy a smart samsung for 2K!!! plug in and play

hi graham - thanks for yur response:) ive ordered the cable from Steve today also, when you say it woud be 'better', do you mean in terms of sound quality?? or ease of use?....its just that to connect to the beoSound9000 i have to dig inot the plasrerwork abouve the fireplace and also hide cables behind fireplace which necessitates re-plastering

can i play my beogram7000 through my BV7-40 (Mkiv)...I have an male to female extention connection cable 7pin....but i dont know where this would plug inot on the back of the BV7-40.....(I cannot plug it into my Beosound 9000 as all the cabling is embedded in the wall! - would require a major building job!!!) appreciate your help:) p
