Hello, thanks for answering! It's a brand new stylus SMMC 4 from Soundsmith. So, that's certainly not the problem! Any other suggestions? Regards, Bruno Destickere

I have recently purchased a beogram 5005. All the controls of the turntable seem to function well, except from the tonearm. As soon as it lowers on the record, it starts to skate all the way towards the end of the record, and then returns to its initial position. I know this is also associated with the servo motor, which seems to work continuously.

Hallo iedereen, Het rode lampje van mijn CD5500 verdwijnt soms wanneer hij in standby staat?? Voor de rest werkt alles 100 % en de speler start ook altijd zonder problemen, zelf al is het lampje dus uit bij standby... . Toch zou ik graag een mogelijke oorzaak willen weten; de contacten heb ik in ieder geval al nagekeken... . Wie kan mij helpen? Alvast

Hello, I am looking for a Beogram CD5500 for my Beomaster 5000. => 3 QUESTIONS <= Will the CD5500 work on my Beomaster 5000 with my MCP?? Can I use the Tape 2 input, because I've already a CD-player (CD50) on the AUX. Can I put 2 players on 1 input (with an adaptor) without loose the datasignal for operating with my MCP?? (a 7-pin DIN adaptor

Peter, Thanks a lot for quick answer! I'll check it, but now it is OK!! Initially there wasn't also nothing to hear on the left, but after repeatedly put in and out the headphones at max loudness, it was OK for the left, now it is also OK for the right!! I am a lucky boy... . I've done it with max loudness and balance complete to the right
