clicking on "contact" there is no link to send you an email
Hello Elmar, Sincere apologies. I had my profile set to exclude the option to receive emails, which is why you couldn't reach me. I've updated this now, so you should be able to contact me. In the meantime, I have tried sending you
The BL6000 are wonderful speakers if you do not expect to much Bass
I agree completely. They are wonderful. The 6000's are regularly criticised on Beoworld, which is something I find curious. Before purchasing a pair 3 years ago I compared them to the 4000's both in store, and at a friend's house

Anders - love the use of the icons you've developed. I'm not that creative so I've just made up a couple of very basic ones (in Paint, would you believe), and other than that, use text, apart from TV and Radio station logos. Like you, we have Lutron lighting, and I have our scenes programmed to both the coloured buttons and the screen (sometimes
The other way would be getting a linctronic box to capture the IR codes
...or you could give my xml file a try as a last resort before going down this route. We could try PM again - despite the fact it didn't seem to be successful last time. Just let me know.

Elmar, I created an XML file for my PDP-C509A a couple of years ago using the Lintronic box to capture the codes and the Lintronic software to generate the XML file. Runs very well on our Beo5. Happy to send on to you to test. I think the LX has a bit more functionality than our TV, but most things should work the same. PM me if you're interested
I have BL6000s which are on most of the time in large family room, kitchen dinning area and they fill it very well. Sound also flows outside when I open all the byfold doors.
+1. Have a very similar set-up with 6000's (and BL11) in a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. They are more than capable. Haven't

We recently installed a 6 channel Lutron Grafik Eye (B&O) into our open plan kitchen/dining/TV viewing area. It also controls wall wash lights along the hall from the front door that lead to the open plan area at the rear of the house. After two months of use we're extremely happy with it's functionalty and control. Trip's point re:

We have two beocom 6000's and a beocom 5 on a single beoline base and get the same issue as well. Whilst answering any of the phones, the other two will continue to ring for a second or two.
True, and not only does it add a lot to the bottom end, it frees the 6000's to play the high-end better than they ever did. BL6000 & BL11 is a marriage made in heaven!
I agree. This is the set-up I have and in my opinion, if music, rather than films, is what you generally listen to, at least trial the
I recently rented out my 9000 and beolab 8000s to a TV production here in Melbourne, Australia. The show is called Outlander and will show on the ABC!!!
Will have to keep an eye out for that. Do you know when it will screen?
