Hi, I have a Beomaster 5000 which I have been trying to use with my Old phillips MFB speakers. But I am getting a nasty hum in the line out signal, this is also present in the tape out. It sounds like somthing is not earthed. The correct signal is there but has an awfull hum on top. I should add the hum is not there when I use nomal speakers attached

By RS232 I mean the conector marked 'RS232'! . Boeworld seems to hint that the 92:1 can work with datalink.. but does not say much about which MCP.. Stewart

Hi, over the years I have collected a quantity of B&O equipment, but never really tried attaching it fully together as I have not had the remotes to do so. I have now acquired from E-Bay an MCP5000.
