I'm not sure if you got the email I tried to send you a while ago, but I've got one extra master panel, stashed away "in case I need it someday". It should be 100% working (have to check that...) and it seems that I don't have use for it for now. Make me an offer, anything reasonable will probably be ok.

As a question this may sound weird, but bear with me... So: is it possible to connect the pins 13/14 and 15/16 from a Masterlink cable to, say, RCA plugs and expect to have a working, (pre-amplified?) line-level output for a power amplifier? Ie. is there something else I need to do in order for the audio device to recognize that Masterlink is connected

Hmm? Are those original wall mounts? I didn't know they even existed. Thanks for the tips, ouverture and Craig. The OEM cloth on C(X):s actually does resemble polo shirt fabric. Does anyone have experience of choosing the right cloth for RL:s? A speciality shop like Radio Silks probably has a wide selection and not knowing what, exactly, to look for may make the choice difficult.

A good point. The answer is, for nothing more than the casing, I'm in it for the looks. That's what "the worse shape the better" -clause was for, a basket case Cona would do nicely as there's no point in gutting an intact one.
