Over the years we have been invited to many launches and promotions. The favourite for me was the opening of the 75 years exhibition in Sydney. We caught up with most of the dealers we have passed through and had a look at some fascinating new ideas and the old. My husbands liked the Blended Scotch tasting at our Willoughby store. Freebies were 3 minatures

We have been buying from B&O dealers for over 20 years in Australia and they have never given a discount. Some will negotiate on their second hand and trade in but, not many do this now. H

Hi Jan I am a female member. I presumed you were female too from your name (before you info about being non-english speaking background). I would refer to myself as a female not as a lady when addressing other females or males. Makes no difference. H

Hi I want to replace hubby's headphones. They are Form 1 and about 15 years old. He uses them with the Ouverture and 9000. Can any one recommend a new one or should I leave alone. H

We have a BV4 and two Avant32s. BV4 has served us well for nearly 5 years. Only slight shimmers in movies. Noticed a lot more in latest bond movie. Avant still favourite.

Thanks for your reply. This make of set top cannot be used through our Beo 4 remote. B&O have gave us the latest updates but this model not there. We can turn TV on from the settop box remote but will not turn off. We use the same type of set top box on our Beo vision 4(first model) and it doesn't turn the TV on but it does leave set box on

Hi Could anyone help me with this problem. We have our avant 32's (old versions) connected to Topfield TF5000PVRt set top boxes. When the timer kicks in to record the TV turns on and doesn't go back off. Any idea how we can stop this apart from turning off at mains? Helen
