I have recently acquired a Beocord 1600 Reel-to-Reel tape deck. There are a few problems I would like to sort out. It works (playback/record) at the high speed (19) but not at the low speed (9.5), and only through the earphone socket, not through the line output. Also, the rewind and fastforward functions are sluggish. Anyone has any idea what parts
