Is it possible to reset MOTS? I find it always seems to select tracks from the same albums almost regardless of the seed track. I am getting to the stage of culling some of these albums. Is this a sign that MOTS has nort really analysed all the tracks properly - It has had 10 days or so for around 100 albums. Tip for new BS5/BM5 owners - do not include

Yes you are right. If the BS5/BM5 is the audiomaster the the blue line will display, if not the audiomaster (as I had it setup) then the blue line will not display the volume change - although it would be nice if it did.

Is the blue volume display supposed to change according to the volume level? Mine seems to be either full on or off, yet I recall seeing this change according to the volume level at the dealer. I do think that a weakness in the BS5 is the lack of the display of useful information - track length, elapsed time, volume level, radio program info - yet these

I keep getting a message about the need to add a video source before the BS5 (no audiomaster) can be added.

I want to create a setup with a BeoSound5 and a BeoSound 3200 in the same room. When I try and do this in the configurator it wants to create two zones. Why is this? I am confused.

I need some tips as to the best way to prepare my music collection for the BS5/BM5. At the moment I have all my CDs + downloaded purchases in my iTunes Library. It seems that I ripped my CDs in MPEG format at 192Kbs (iTunes default), the downloaded music is either MP3 or AAC at 256kps. Should I consider re-ripping the CDs at a higher bitrate and if

At the moment I have set it to HDMI. To be honest I do not know why the scart connection is there, but that is the way it was installed. The Dealer from whom I purchased the BV7-40 went out of business in December last year, so I am a bit high and dry in terms of support.

I connected an Apple TV to my BV7 mk3 at the weekend. Eventually up and running, however I think I might have upset the setting for connecting my Sky HD box. At the back it is connected via HDMI & Scart. What settings are correct for connection, what is the best STB profile. AFAIK it is a Thomson SKY HD box. I just feel that the picture is not quite

I have a sonos Zoneplayer 90 connected via the aux-in of my BeoSound 4, which is connected to a pair of BeoLab 3s. This works really well. I use the Sonos CR200 wireless hand held controller to control the Sonos side of things, and a Beo5 to setup the BeoSound 4 - mainly turning it on and off as I too lazy to walk to the unit and do this manually! Using

They are for at home listening. I am looking for comfort and ease of getting on and off - good sound of course. Budget probably up to about £250 (QC3 price).
