I do agree with Flappo that the PS3 is a fantastic product. Soundproof, it's very quiet. My 40Gb PS3 is almost silent - far quieter than my Sky HD box, for example. The only issue I have is with the price of Blu-ray discs. Still too expensive at around £17.99 each, especially when you see regular DVDs reduced to 'buy 3 for £20'

j0hnbarker: One thing I did find irksome Moxxey, and I'm not wanting to re-hash our previous 'flaming' post, but what on earth has a member's Bronze/Silver/Gold status got to do with either their ability to post a cogent argument.. Maybe so, but their argument is not particularly cogent. I don't mind hearing something now and again

Flappo The Grate: if we all agreed that bno could do no wrong and all their products were perfect what would be the point ? No-one said this. But it's like hearing a broken record over and over again. Let's just see what happens, yes?

Coolskin: I don't know what it is. But I'm losing interest. Losing interest in reading forum threads on Beoworld.org It's way too negative and there are three people that are the same people who are the most negative - all three are not paid up subscribers to this board and their key role is to keep telling us that B&O need to reduce

355f: Most electronics companies are already in China and any that choose not to will not survive, as B&O are aware 355f, you are way too negative, as always. B&O will survive - they target a completely different clientele that doesn't seek products made in China. They pay a premium for a number of reasons: quality components, high-end materials

Razlaw: I visited two different B and O dealers this weekend to look at the Beovision 7. I was informed by both tha the current 7 is fully capable of supporting 24 fprs, needing only a future software update. One of the dealers indicated that there are no plans for a panel upgrade on the 7 as it is not needed. I was also told that the internal DVD player

Am I the only one who thinks this 'exclusive' preview is a bit pants? No new products, nothing really about B&O. Yet we're all excited by the preview. I'm a tad perplexed. Anyone explain? :)

I don't like it at all (under the BV7). However, I saw the BL10 underneath a BV4-65 the other day and it looked fine. I don't think it works too well under a small screen. However, the BV4-50 or BV4-65 is a perfect foil for the triangular design. It's much deeper than I had imagined, too. If you were going to get a BL10 for your BV7, I'd

beologisch: B&O is not the only luxuary brand in economically heavy weather .................... http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080520/bs_nm/ford_volvo_dc As I've said before, it's affecting high-end jewellery and clothing, too. Spoke to a friend who runs a clothing store in Bath, this lunchtime, and she's meeting with her solicitor to

Peter : I rather like the BV9, BS4 and Beoport - I would give all house room! I also think the BC2 interface, especially with the new audio feedback, is brilliant! I agree Peter. Other people are more interested in my BS4 than the BV7-40! Although people pass comment that it's a 'large TV', almost no-one bothers with it. However, people
