Thanks Peter, so I can connect my Beogram 4004 straight to my Beosound 3000 then. Useful to know. Craig

So who was up during the small hours of this morning to watch the Australian GP live? Obviously if you live in Australia this will not have been the case. Had to watch the repeat myself ,as I had to go to work for a while this morning. Fingers crossed that Lewis Hamilton will take the title this year. Craig

Xseries: http://shop.innovus.dk/default.asp?lang=uk 175 Euro for 3 the above link implies Seems very cheap compared to the price of LC2's before they ended production. Craig

Peter : However the bigger issue is that it also amplifies and equalises the output to line level. Is this the case for all Beograms with CD4 cicuitry? Craig

Yazoo - Upsatirs At Erics. Fantastic vocals from Alison Moyet and the superb keybord playing of Vince Clarke. What more could you ask for. Craig

Due to the age of these now, is the STB list not a little outdated? Craig

Peter : I'd keep the 9000 and use it till it breaks! They don't fetch that much these days but are glorious pieces of kit! You wife has excellent taste! Agree with Peter on this, keep the 9000 and use it till it breaks. Still wish I had kept mine as a second system for the bedroom, but it meant I could get my BS3000 sooner. Craig
