David, Given you last statement, then it clearly is a deguassing problem. The de-guassing circuit is very simple with a thermister and electronic switch (ST1) and one of these is the most likely cause of your problem. If you need to get a dealer to fix this in the future it will not be a big job.

Adding to Peter's remarks, one big problem with Windows applications of all types including the Beoport software is that the un-install programme rarely removes everything they should and almost never correctly removes the driver. You had previously stated that the BEOIPCML.EXE had an access violation which is going to be linked to the USB driver

So, you DON'T get the following:- Microphone Speaker Battery Back Cover including battery cover Any screws, you use the originals You DO get A new front cover and keypad One black & one white connector for keypad to circuit

Hello and welcome to Beoworld, Whilst the actual products you name are not in the standard list does not mean you cannot create a configuration. For the Beosystem 2 (Beovision 4) I would use the Beosystem 1 US and make the few minor changes manually. You will also note that under Beovisions there are some generic Beovisions called VIDEO1, VIDEO2 &

Gavin, That's very interesting, its difficult to understand that the Beo5 could have put you box into a different state. Does the Beo5 control the Pace box correctly ?
-
Nick, you are right, it could be a de-guassing issue if it is in an area of the tube, however if it is all around the tube, it may not be. Also a de-guassing issue tends give a more rainbow effect because it effects all three colours. So, we need to ask if this "green" effect is all around the edge of the screen ?

Can you also please say what you mean by "Digital Speakers" do you Powerlink speakers such as Beolab 4500 ?
