OK there is nothing wrong with the BS2, it has been compared with another BS2, and also an iPod, and the sounds was totally identical. Including the white noise i hear. I must have super hearing, because i seem to be the only one with these complaints. My partner actually reckons i have an insensitivity to lower frequencies, how is that possible?? I

The Stig - ver. 1.26: peacha: thanks, does the beo port use the aux or would that still be free to allow for connecting DVD? what would the BL3s give more than the BL4000s for the extra £800 or so they are? Beoport use a special B&O connection so the AUX is free. BL3 is between BL4000 and BL8000, BL3 has a disk on the top that makes it possible

Well, i had the earphones from B&O brand new, then bought this, with original packaging, (warranty booklet, instruction booklet etc...) But it could be faulty if thats the case, then i'll buy a new one from a dealer. I'm checking it out tomorrow. Yeah i thought the white noise was unacceptable, could it be a fault from abuse?

It is difficult. Persevere with it Daniel, i've had quality issues similar to yours with BS4, (and we have a beocom 4 also) but have been lucky enough to have had a very good dealer that understands, that even though now is not the time when we are able to purchase the serious stuff, we WILL in future as B&O really do make special products.

So now, they allow you to write to SD card by USB 2.0 and put it into the player. So you can use Beosound 4 for the input media. About white

Ok, i've had my BS2 for a couple of weeks now, got it off ebay in really good nick. It's SO gorgeous and beautiful, i love the simplicity, what a wonderful design! I'm trying so desperately to love it, i am. But... It's just not doing it for me. Discovered it only reads an SD ripped with a USB 1.0 port which takes 45 minutes per GB but

Well, as i said, it may be the ABR's! The BL3's more so than most other speakers, muddle when turned up in domestic situations.

They didn't loan you another BS4 for the time being?

hebo: I still use my TV-button, even though we gone over to digital broadcast. How??? with a very smart box called "MultiBox". It has tree separate digital tuners built in. One for each free channel here in Sweden. So we can still watch different channels in our linkrooms, both digital and "analog" channels. http://www.multibox.se
