There's no 'new release date'. It's just speculation that it could be as late as Feb 2009. That came from a Director at B&O UK.

As I mentioned yesterday, I was told by B&O that the BeoSound 5 might be delayed until Feb 2009....but not a single reply on this board!

Afternoon, The new magalogue/catalogue is now available at your B&O store. Not bad. No new products, apart from the BL10. No hint at the BeoSound 5....which I was told today is going to be released by February 2009! Still, worth a read.

Sadly they are in completely different location - BS4 is in the office (and is a right pain to take apart), whilst the TV is downstairs. Don't worry too much. Speakers are superb. I'm really pleased with the new setup and I'm going to keep the BL3's with the BS4. I'm happy with that setup, too, so I can't complain.

Posted this in another thread, which wasn't totally relevant, so I thought I'd post this and see what people think? I have some old BL9's which I bought second hand recently. BL9's are strange beasts. I've had BL3's connected to my BeoSound 4 for over a year and very used to the 'rounded' nature of the sound. Connected

sw updates for speakers? Does this apply to the BL9's, too? I have some old BL9's which I bought second hand recently.

Henry: Although now the turnover of staff at the Knightsbridge store changes entirely every month, seriously. Yes, I was told that too - indeed, as quickly as every couple of weeks, someone leaves the store. Perhaps they don't pay enough for the position of the store? :) On a sidenote though, selling B&O products through somewhere like Comet

Mr10Percent: However, there are some instances whereby the ability to design something unique is rather challenging - flat TV's being one Completely correct. I think David Lewis mentioned that in a recent interview - people want their flat screen to be as flat as possible, but somehow they (B&O) have to design quality audio to complement their
