Interestingly, I received the following pic in an email from B&o... Same pic as the OP, but with the phone either shopped out, or a second pic taken without it... I think it was shopped out after this thread started, making the OP a great spot!

You shouldn't need to "PULL" -just press on top of the text "OPEN" and it should rotate into position... if not then you have an issue and we'll take care of you from there! Welcome to BeoWorld!
