Alex: I installed it today on our BV4-65 -BS3 played 3 different blu-rays and I cant honestly see any difference between them... I guess I never noticed any jitter before... That's no surprise at all. Which is exactly why I wasn't getting really 'excited' by this much-anticipated sw update.

Thanks for the advice Lee, received your PM.

Well, I hope under the new MD their PR department starts replying to my (press-based) queries and issues. I've sent an email to B&O UK PR and B&O HQ PR, without a reply or even an acknowledgement. If they deem press queries not worthy of reply - and I don't know of a single company that fails to reply to the press - then they are either

Beolab: BV7-32 are about to be discontinued.. Not sure what you mean BeoLab? Discontinued means that it's going to disappear from the product line. However, I've been told that a new 2 x HDMI based chassis is due to go in the BV7-32 first, then the same chassis will be used for a BV8-40 and a BV6-32. I don't think anyone has a release date

Yes, Ocean's 13 for sure. There's a bad panning issue in an early scene, if I can remember correctly.

martin01: and MOXXEY: You were very rude about how many times I asked the question about this new software. Martin, you need to understand how to use a forum. Rude, perhaps. However, we didn't need new topic every other week asking about the sw. Just use the old topic and post another question. Also, as I mentioned, there are loads of top people

I don't think the BV8-40 nor the BV6-32 are 'officially' confirmed, but two dealers have told me they are happening, later (ie. very late) this year. Both will have the same chassis, which will also be in the new BV7-32. New chassis will have 2 x HDMI sockets, but it's definitely not a BS3-based chassis.

Hi Alex, BV6-26 is sw upgraded to 1.30a (latest version?), system module installed. Masterlinked to the BV7-40 MKIII. However, BV8-26 doesn't seem to respond to masterlink controls via the Beo4. Selecting V.MEM causes it to switch off etc etc. V.MEM is my assigned Sky/cable channel for the BV7-40. Select 'DVD', nothing happens. Like you

4.24 sw update didn't get installed. Dealer also came around to connect my ex-demo BV8-26 (with system module) and the BV8-26 and BV7-40 wouldn't 'talk' via masterlink. Spent most of the afternoon wondering why it wouldn't work. Had to leave it without it working, too :( Back Wednesday, hopefully.

BeoLab, maybe I heard incorrect information, but I was told by a guy from B&O UK that they weren't happy with this BL10 -> BV7 bracket and they may even consider not supporting the warranty on the BL10 if it's installed on a BV7! Strong information, but that didn't come from a dealer, that came from B&O UK. He did say that they
