Oh my thoughts will be prompt! As I said before the matter of cabling was sorted except for the aspect of where to get the little 2 pin din plugs. My dealer is closed (Again! ), any suggestions on where to find them outside of ebay?

I will be doing all kinds of experiments now Just to be on the safe side, if I run both channels to a single Cona, it could handle the 110w? I will not be connecting any other speakers to my Conas. I just wanted some more bass. You will all probably think im bass hungry when I tell you I already have a pair of BeoLab 5000 panels connected via powerlink

Thank you for your clarity Mika.

Thanks Mika, I fear I don't know enough about my Beomaster... please bear with me. So if I connect both of the left speakerlink connections to one of the conas, I will only get 55w total power?

Well we obviously have very many different preferences haha. The aforementioned placement issue is a problem in my situation, very limited options. I am not really focusing on stereo imaging per say, I was just trying to describe the setup. So any input on the original power question?

Hello all, This may sound like a repost, but I have generated some new qustions about my new (to me) BeoVox Conas. After Peter helped me sort the matter of cabling (2 pin din), I realized my BeoMaster 4500 has four speakerlink connections. Since the BeoVox Cona has a dual voice coil, could I dedicate two of the speakerlink ports via the 2 pin din connections

Welcome first off, You have quite a range of choice there. I think you would be better suited to a stereo setup instead of the Beosound 1. The Beolab 8ks are what I would buy, the Lab 3s are great too. The 6ks might not be enough for such a large room. Will you be using the sony amp to power B&O speakers or are you planning on getting a B&O

I didn't mean that this should get more attention in the serious sense, I was just puzzeled about how this didn't wow more than a handful of people.

Only 2 replies? This should get more attention, especially on here... This is beyond cool.
