It's funny how much more info you can get about BeoLab Penta in terms of SPL, distortion rates, S/N ratio for the amp, and none of this is available for the new speakers.. I would assume BL9 to have an SPL around 100 dB, since it fits between BL3 and BL5, but I read somewhere that it didn't go as loud as BL1..

As B&O is providing less and less technical information, I was wondering if anybody knew the max SPL of BeoLab 9? We know BeoLab 3 goes up to 94 dB, and BeoLab 5 to 105 dB, but how does BeoLab 9 compare? I'm just curious..

I think B&O are leaving the "small screen" market, simply because their prices are so silly that they will never sell any! I sold my BV7-32 last year and bought a non B&O TV instead, because my new 52" TV cost me less than a BV7-32.. I have a BeoPort with BMLink as a single audio source at home, I sold my BeoSound as soon as I started using BeoPort. You can already use your Idevice with the remote app, and it will all work in 2-way communication, allowing you to use all NRADIO and NMUSIC features thoughout the house.
