Doesn't sound good to me either, the new CEO may be young, but he has little knowledge of audio-video gear & digital media integration, I'm afraid...or are they going to fit Triumph motorbikes with ALT tweeters?

If B&O was making kitchens today, this is what they would look like: This is currently made by Jacob Jensen, there are also products such as toasters, scales, and a beautiful kettle!

It's funny how much more info you can get about BeoLab Penta in terms of SPL, distortion rates, S/N ratio for the amp, and none of this is available for the new speakers.. I would assume BL9 to have an SPL around 100 dB, since it fits between BL3 and BL5, but I read somewhere that it didn't go as loud as BL1..
-
As B&O is providing less and less technical information, I was wondering if anybody knew the max SPL of BeoLab 9? We know BeoLab 3 goes up to 94 dB, and BeoLab 5 to 105 dB, but how does BeoLab 9 compare? I'm just curious..

I think B&O are leaving the "small screen" market, simply because their prices are so silly that they will never sell any! I sold my BV7-32 last year and bought a non B&O TV instead, because my new 52" TV cost me less than a BV7-32.. For those who want smaller screens, there's still the option of second-hand items, although

..which means the smallest BeoVision is now 32' (BV 10 or BV8) BeoSound 1 replaced by BeoSound 8 BeoSound 3200 replaced by.. BeoSound 5 Encore ?

Indeed, the only way to make the Cona work without buying anything else will be to connect it to the BeoLink passive, then run the left & right cables from the Cona to the RL speakers. However, as said previously, the Cona was intended for use with the CX speakers, that have a 6 Ohm impedance, while the RL is rated at 8 Ohm like most other BeoVox

Hi there, indeed, unlike WMP or Itunes, it is impossible to add radio stations manually in BeoPlayer, or even BeoPort or BeoMaster 5/BeoMedia 1. BeoPlayer being a free software, you need to upgrade to BeoPort to get access to thousands of radio stations. There is another trick to have more stations with BeoPlayer only, but I will tell you only if you

Looking at this thread, I can't help wondering why B&O is bringing out a new fully wired Powerlink cable... Could this mean the come back of displays on forthcoming BeoLabs ?????

I have a BeoPort with BMLink as a single audio source at home, I sold my BeoSound as soon as I started using BeoPort. You can already use your Idevice with the remote app, and it will all work in 2-way communication, allowing you to use all NRADIO and NMUSIC features thoughout the house. That's what I'm doing on my 26-year-old BeoCenter 9000
