• Re: Apple TV which generation should I buy 1 & 2 ?
I wouldn't buy a GEN1.
Not sure about that. It has to be connected with a BV5. GEN2 only has optical out, and a BV5 doesn't decode PCM-stereo via spdif.

  • Re: Beosound Ouverture output left speaker weak

ML cable is already replaced. (see 3rd reply) But I think Stefan is on the right track. It is possible that one pin in the ML-socket is bend to the outside, not making contact with the ML-plug. Likely this happened on the BV10, because that socket is harder to reach than the side on the Ouverture. You might want to take a look at that.

I'm not sure if this is effective in your setup, but did you check if your balance of your Ouverture is in the middle?

  • Re: BS5/BM5 wishlist

Spotify is great and far from being closed. It also works with Squeezebox, although it's unofficial. But to be honest, I don't think B&O is ever going to support online streaming services. Not in the near future. If only the Beo5/6 could do something like this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MfqehOE5Je4

  • Re: Edit BV10 channel list on a pc ?

The service tool (dealer only) is the only software that I know of, which communicates with beovisions. Probarly not an option... So I would first make a new sorted list on paper and move your channels manually in one big list. To speed it up a bit, you can switch to an alphabetical overview instead of the (default) numerical overview. That way you

  • Re: BV 10 power saving mode
I also like all available features to work.
In that case, don't use it!

  • Re: Beo 4 Navigation Button

Yes, it does works at my parents BV10 with 3rd party dish receiver. For example, the use of navigation UP will instantly pop up the OSD of the receiver what's on the next channel. Again Up the next one. Only if you press Go, it will show that channel and the OSD will go away after a few seconds. If you use the regular UP and Down, it will go to

  • Re: Beo 4 Navigation Button

It's like Stefan says. 3rd party devices only works with navigation button if the device is controlled with puc version 2.00 I guess your device is controlled with version 1.00 so it's not supported. What device do you have? If it's 2.00 the proper mode is 3. In mode 2, the new Beo4 works like the old one.

  • Re: mediaspelers

Nog niet in het echt gezien, maar het lijkt me een mooi apparaat. Beide remotes lijken identiek, dus denk het wel. Maar even uit proberen (of bellen) naar een winkel waar ze beide produkten hebben lijkt me dan het beste.
