I have not had those problems but noticed yesterday that I can not change albums with the Beo4/5.

What problems are being experienced since last ipdate?

I just tried. No update available.

I am unable to change albums with the Beo 4. The up/down arrows function properly and change from one song to the next within an album but I can not get the left/right arrows to do anything. Any suggestions?
