I think you'll need to connect a mouse to one of the USB ports and start the BS5/BM5 software (I did this once, and my memory was that it was pretty obvious - but I'm sorry that I do not have specific instructions). Once it starts in Windows mode, I don't think it "sees" the wheel or its buttons. Stan

Jeff, That "soupcraze" guy used to have a review of the BS9000 where he compared it (negatively) to 6 portable CD players attached to a piece of wood. Something like the 6 portable CD players would sound just as good and cost thousands less. Not sure what happened to it - I looked for it a few years back and it was gone. Stan

Put me down as another extremely happy BS5 owner. I didn't realize how much I use it until it broke (a known production problem with the early models - this is supposedly all sorted out now), and I was without it for 2 weeks. I still have all of my CDs (and a BS9000 to play them), but what a pain to find and choose, etc. Stan

The US spec BV8 has 3 HDMI (I've seen them with my own eyes ). Not sure about the screen speed. UK/EU can't be too far behind, I would think... Stan
