I think there's a general fell that B&O may be doing what Mercedes did in the 90s, namely producing above average goods, but at a premium that was previously justified by a greater level of quality than exists nowadays. In the mean time though, the best way for B&O to change things is not to complain about it here, but go down to the dealer
