  • Re: Set top box controller with the Beo-5!!

Gerd: It's not a bug, it's a feature! According to the user manual you have to press green or yellow in order to RW or FF. Hi Gerd, I know it, but I'm not talking about that. Also the BS9000 works exactly in the same way, using the yellow and green keys for FF and RW, but I've asigned those "command colors" to the >>

Santiago: My beo5 is setup to send "green" and "yellow" on the << and >> hard key's, and works fine. it only works in sub folders under CD for the BS9000, which now works in the way I love But this procedure seems not to work with my HDR2 hard keys << and >> always do "previous" and "next"

  • Re: Beolab 1

The reviews I`ve read are from serious hifi(nerd)magazines... ...Lyd & Bilde (sound & picture), a norwegian hifi magazine listed BL 1, BL 2... ...And they said that the best singulare product in this system was the BL 2, and with BL 1 were perfect in both music and cinema listening! It seems that "Lyd & Bilde" people think exactly

gabriel: Slow BL2?? I`ve read several reviews on BL2, and slow is not one of the words they have used to describe it! Fast and perfect is what they say, never read any negative words about this sub. Agree 100% with you Gabriel. I don't think BL2 is "slow", "boomy or muddy" at all , probably people have problems finding a correct

  • Re: Beo5 Icons & Logos

matheyl: Is it possible to add the logos of the radio broadcasts that I memorised in my music system, so that the logo appears instead of the # of the preselection? • Re: Software Version

Keith Saunders: Santiago, The most recent software version for the Beo5 is 1.20a and next time you get your Beo5 configuration updated at your dealer, their configuration tool will also update the processor software running in the Beo5. Hello Keith ! Last saturday morning I was at my dealer place for a meeting to pick up my brand new Beo5 and make the

  • Re: Software Version

Keith Saunders: Greg, Yes, this is the firmware version, in other words the actual software that runs on the Beo5 Freescale MC9328MXS processor which executes the download configuration file produced by your dealer. The "Product information" screen of my beo5 say: Software version: 1.12a My dealer has told me that the beo5 has the usual hidden

  • Re: Development of a Beo5 FAQ

jandyt: I love my Beo5 to bits, but the weakest feature, in my opinion, is the mute. I push on the click wheel at the bottom, between red and blue would have been better I think. Andy T. Agree 100% Andy.
