The speakers might be Beovox 3000 or 4500 with amps which have been removed from a pair of Beolab 5000! It will be interesting to note what colour the displays are? I don't believe that Lab 5000's were ever sold with green displays!

If you buy another pair, the amplifiers should be detatched and packed in another box.

You all seem very quick to blame the shipping company. Clearly, the shipping company did not cut the first pair. I suggest that the damage to the second pair was caused by insufficient/wrong type packaging to enable the items to withstand the rigours of the courier system. I must have had in excess of 50 of these decks over the years and I have never seen one without the correct indicator!

I have replaced the two outer transistors and still no 120vAC Any ideas would be appreciated as I am working in the dark here?
