After fitting MCL in a couple of rooms in the house I'm able to mess around with some of the collection. The CDX was with the BM2400 and BM2402 as a setup but the BM2400 has moved into my Son's room (he's well pleased) but the I don't trust him with the CDX yet so I have put that with the BM3000 (BM4400 is sick at the moment) BG4000

A Jensen classic but the BC8004 would take you closer to the performance of the BC5500 I would suggest. I like tape decks too, and the tape are dirt cheap to buy on Ebay.

I've just been having a look at German Ebay to see what's about B&O wise. Now considering this used to be ( a few years ago) the place to get equipment that bit cheaper (if you could afford the postage) I find the sale prices amazing! They just keep rising. Even the humble BC1900 is selling, I remember one that just kept going the rounds
