With all the other models in the range there is no need for a voltage converter. You can just move a couple of jumpers on the power supply and it will work no probs. Should take no more than 1 hour. I'm not sure about the 3200 as it's innards are different and I have not had one apart. The service manual is not very helpful.

I have done this conversion in the past and I recall a cost of around £140 for the kit. However, I cannot find the paperwork so cannot give you the part number. It may be on site? Yes it is on site, thought I'd seen it somewhere on here! Looks like the kit part number is 3210017 or that might be the publication number for the instructions

You are missing something!! The beogram 3500 is equipped with on board RIAA pre amp and the phono input is similarly equipped. Thus you are supplying an amplified signal to an input that does not require it. You can either use the AUX port as you have already determined or sell the Beogram 3500( they are much sought after!) and buy one of the others

The only remote that can eject the cd on the 9500 is the good old fashioned ............. finger!! It can't be done any other way.

Could be similar capacitor fault. The service manual contains a test procedure which may indicate where the fault lies. The laser power supply smoothing capacitor is 47 microfarads and is C100 (at least it is in early Ouvertures which I assume is the same as the 2500)
