  • Re: Earphones A8 in new colors

Peter : Yamaha YTR-8310ZS Very light and a glorious tone! You cannot whack Yamaha for a musical instrument - bought my SY85 in 1992 and still love it to bits!

Peter : Puncher: Peter : Clearly going for the youth market and the iPod nano. Might actually get some for my daughter!! Is she a Sk8er Girl then?? I suppose she could be! She is getting a green iPod nano for Xmas though (as well as a trumpet!!) I'm sure she'd rather have a Moog Voyager or a Mellotron M4000!

  • Re: getting ready for the future

koning: what about the tags? Good point - I'm not sure regarding FLAC, WMA & AAC should be OK depending, I suppose, on what you use to rip. I would have to do a trial rip with a CD. Agree regarding WAV, but as I said I can't think of a good reason to rip to WAV.

Everyne who is using MP3 in their music player will have this problem. Cheers JK I believe iTunes has supported gapless MP3's since version 7.

  • Re: Missing basic elements that narrow the window of BS5's appeal

PhilLondon: That is a very good news... I wonder if we'll be able to buy just the BM5 and the remote, without the BS5. If there was and it was any time soon I would have thought they would have announced it, after all they BM/BS5 itself isn't available until next year anyway. If, as the salesman says, it does and displays everything that the

I can imagine white iPod owners buying the white ones - they look good, much better than the standard white earbuds. Unfortunately I think you need to own a skateboard or roller blades before the other colours look attractive
