Oh this is so sad to read. These issues certainly need to be sent through to struer. Oh, have you tried using the service menu in the AVANT? We had the same issue with our BV3 and i simply went into the service menu (which is described in the service manual), wrote down the values (just in case i stuffed anything up), and adjusted the geometry. Try taking off the speaker frets when placing them, that way you can see when the speaker itself is facing your ears. They are very very versatile yes. We have ours facing forward leaving the speakers toed in towards the listening position. When you remove the frets you will notice that the label just below the speaker has either L or R on it, although

Wow, while i love what we have at home regarding AV, i still love the movies, we must have good theaters compared to guys over there! Most of our cinemas are decked out with Krix, and the picture normally very well balanced and clear. Can't beat the bellowing lows, the realistic balance of sound for the speech and the huge screen.
