While having 10 people to dinner last night ... Kathryn Jenkins via iTunes on MacBook and BeoPort to BeoLab 4s: And via ML through to the BeoSound 4 and its BeoLab 6000s: (I love having the iTunes details broadcast by the BM-Link software to the BS4 display ...) And also to the BeoVision 8 (I wish that I could have the BV8 display something like the

  • any improvements on controlling eyeTV ? (on BV8 with Beo4)

I have started using my macBook's EyeTV for more than back capture of family VHS tapes ... such as listening to FM or Digital Radio: I was delighted to find that the Beo4 exercised some controls the EyeTV via the BeoPort such as performing a "record now" function or calling up this program schedule and booking a recording: However the

  • Re: Beomaster 5500 TV does not power up

Thanks Matapan and Jean ... these suggestions are very interesting. I have an MX 3000 I acquired via eBay ... that died after 3 hours of operation. The local B&O engineers have looked at it and said it can not be repaired as spare parts are not available any more. However are there alternative approaches for an MX 3000 like the ones you have outlined
119.995 DKK
This morning is AUD 26,221.74 But I was sure that the real price would include tax variations and substantial transportation cost ... and it does ! Official price for the equivalent (there is some uncertainty about the 7.6 speaker model) of the above is AU$33,500
You can even stream lossless digital audio to the Airport Express, via a digtial cable, to your device (as long as it has a digital input, like the BS3).
To the best of my knowledge the BeoSound 4's "AUDIO IN/OUT" is not an optical capable port ... but I would happy to be wrong :)
This is sooo much easier (especially assembly...) if you don't unscrew them. Just loosen the screws, slide them up as far as they go along with the lug, and retighten.
Thank you - you are right - it was MUCH easier.
