seanklemis: yeah i see the line inputs (phono) on the lab8000's but no input on the lab 2 hmmmmmmm dilema, anyone ot a solution to this? Thanks Yeah - miss out the Lab2 - on New Year's Eve everyone will be too drunk to notice and, if you hide it out of sight, no one will stand their drinks on it either

seanklemis: is there a convertor cable of some sort for headphone jack to powerlink that i can buy from my dealer, how will the speaker know to come on as headphone does not contain on off pins??? I'm really the wrong person to help as I don't have either speaker, but I'll offer suggestions until someone knowledgable comes along My thoughts

In the UK the BV4-50, with BS3 and various stands brackets etc. is over £12,000 (still without sound). At quick glance on the 'net shows a Pioneer 50" Kuro (9th Gen) shows the cheapest price (in the first 3 hits) to be £2300. We can continue to argue about prices and specs. but the details don't matter (ref my ealier post)

PhilLondon: Puncher: As a replacement Media Centre - what can it do with HD video - can it distribute it to any TV in the house or just to the TV to which it is directly connected etc. etc. I would want to know/see before ordering. It is not known (by me) whether it does output HD video, as only the supported codecs/formats have been officially published

Roger: I do think that B&O Marketing need to stress that the BeoSound 5 is a high quality / high-end music player that goes perfectly along with their high-end BeoLab's for a superb sound experience.
