A decent turntable like all of the derivatives of this model. Not overly compilcated and nicely built. You'll need an amp with a phono stage. Chris.

pepperhouse: Hi Guys, Read this thread with interest. Have a Beocord 6500. One of the internal belts - about 8cm long - which seems to control the head movement, fell out of the bottom of the tray when open. Managed to get it back in place around two small capstans & all worked OK briefly, but fell off again within minutes. Guess it no longer has
