I think I'm right in saying the SP12 is the highest spec'd of this range so definately worth doing. Chris.

I agree with Keith re the MCP 6500 , MCP 5500 (same thing except the cosmetics on the panel) or even a Beolink 7000 for advanced control & getting the best out of your Beomaster. Hewever the price of these can prove to be prohibitive. A Beolink 1000 will work perfectly well for everyday use and will be much more readily available. To be honest I

Basic functions such as on/off, volume, tuning, cd/radio/tape/phono etc....... can all be done with a beolink 1000. Advanced functions such as timer programming require a MCP5500 or 65000. Chris.

Market values fluctuate enormously but generally speaking it will be worth much more if the condition is excellent. Poor cosmetic condition will affect the price by huge amounts as these are often the most expensive faults to put right &

Beo 4 should work fine with it without doing anything to the settings. Chris.

No they can't. This was just a display ploy. Haviing said that I had an after market wall bracket for my BC8500 which had a 35 degree from horzontal tilt and that was fine. I believe it may be possible with the BC9300 as the CD spindle/platter has tiny springs which hold the CD in place. Joeyboygolf will confirm whether I'm right or not. Chris

Very nice follow up Austin, you must be well pleased with the price you paid The wallpaper has brought back horror memories of when I was a lad and I got what I was given by my father and no arguments Chris.

A Danish chap used to make brackets for these beocenters - I had one - and the degree of tilt was 35. My beocenter 8500 played without any problems at all. It also discouraged my cats from walking on it and turning it on at any ungodly hour. Chris.
