If i was in your situation i would start by moving the entire room around and rearrange everything to see if there are any placement options that will bring back the sound that you previously had with these speakers. Thats a very interesting and rational post, and i really do agree that there is something very wrong with some of these products price-tags. A 4000 pound TV from the company that has built such a strong reputation and very high expectations from the consumers, should at least have the basic necessary features. I don't know anyone who would disagree

Don't hold me to it, but i have used window cleaner on stubborn marks and it has worked very well, but i'm not 100% that it is ok to use. So far so good. First try a damp cloth or a microfibre cloth (such as enjo). Can anyone clarify that it is ok to use window cleaner on the foot of BS4?
