As happy to try to assist as I am, if you have tried the basics and it does not work then you need to go back to the Ebay Seller - how did you pay? Quite simply phono sockets are for the line inputs, powerlink sockets need to set as L/R. Firstly I would use one cable with one speaker (without the splitter) and break down what works and what doesn't

I believe it is possible so long as you have L/R stereo input into the V.TAPE socket as well as the video - use the lower digital input on the DD sound card - i recall the top input (1) is reserved for DVD, the bottom (2) for STB/SAT - you may need to use these settings

Thanks for taking the time to reply - they weigh a ton, I'll have to research some more!!

Answering my first post, I see that LSAV has one for sale at £395 but there are no details given as to the price when new, must say it is only the second one I have seen. Am not entirely sure about the fixings mount issue, clearly there are companies that

Hi 1) Your amp must have pre-amplified outputs, fairly standard on medium range av amps 2) If using in this scenario the BL2 filters as you call them are redundant, the sub is fed a dedicated bass channel from the 5.1 amp as per the signal with each and every other speaker. Contact Steve at Sounds Heavenly for the appropriate cable and terminations

Well spotted Luke! The worst thing you can do is replace the screen with the same one that went in it. I heard morethanAV have recently demonstrated a BV4-42 1080p so with a little work and relatively straightforward modifications it can be done but there are issues worth finding out about.

Personally I am somewhere between these two responses..... and for this reason. It is possible to switch HDMI sources into a single DVI socket, agreed, however by doing so you omit the audio feed. This goes back to the questions to be put to the UK CEO - you have to run scart for audio, and really SPDIF for digital 5.1 - try squeezing that lot into

How much were these new? Are they still sold? How desirable are they? Sorry to be brief! Thanks.
