Hi All, My lovely wife has put her foot down and says I must do more around the house. She is quite right, but I would rather control a remote vacuum cleaner with my Beo5 so I save my energies for playing with my lovely B&O system!! Has anyone had succes with remote codes for the irobot etc........... Thanks must get back to the housework! StUrrock

Hi Razlaw, As long as you have followed TripEnglish's excellent advice all you connections should be correct. On the face of it it sounds like your link is in option 5 and is not responding to video commends. 2 solutions 1. On your remote send the AV V.MEM command 2. Put your link into option 6 and then it should respond directly when you press

Would be interested in forum members esperiences with BeoMedia/BeoMaster5 and BBC iPlayer. Would love it to work full iPlayer screen, but scared to modify the in built software! Sending iPlayer via my link system would be a dream!! regards scared StUrrock!!!!!!!!

Hi Phult, The system as you describe should be no pronblem at all. As a dealer we can make the BS5 virtually do anything you like, but we find the biggest mistake that people make is to try and make the Beo5 do too much from the start!!!! The best results we have had is at first KSI(keep it simple) then add extra functionality as required. Only by living
I have now had the update from SW3.24 and everything works well. Its like a new TV. Frankly, I'm a bit p***ed off that Beoworld was the only place I found out about the software upgrade, and even then had to twist my dealers arm.
Not surprised you are br*wned off! It has been a known issue for some time
Hi StUrrock, So, is there a special STB(PUC) for Mac Mini? And how do you get your Mac Mini to start up in front row? This sound like the set-up and I am striving for. Toby
When you have the correct PUC pressing the EXIT button should make frontrow start. Just about to try iRed/Trans...............

Friend of mine went to a showroom in Hertfordshire the other day and a bl**dy ant crawled underneath the display glass during the demonstration!!!!!!!!!! So now the only redeeming feature, which was meant to be build quality, of this ill conceived bunch of software/reborn BeoMedia (that most customers hated or never bought), is again brought into question
