A powerlink plug with two of the pins shorted together "fools" the software in the BeoSound9000 into thinking it has active speakers connected and keeps the option programme stored even if you power off the unit. Somebody more thechnical than I can hopefully tell you which two strands of teh Powerlink cable need shorting out. Regards Opman

Is the BeoSound9000 in the same room as the BeoVision7? Do you have Powerlink connected to the BeoSound9000? It is possible to run the BeoSound9000 as a slave if you have powerlink and masterlink connected to it, although it only allows independent operation in that local room. I don't think the BeoSystem5500 has this option and therefore it would

Hi Murray The screen is secured to the floor stand by two allen screws one above the other. If you look from behind betwen the two poles you will see them. Ideally you need a long Allen key. Once the screws are removed, you need to slightly tilt the screen away from the poles and lift it up & off the stand. The BeoLab7.2 sits on a mounting tray

Hello Craig It is NOT possible to have different sources playing through front & rear speakers at the same time. It IS possible to have a video source (TV,DTV,DVD etc) on the screen and an audio source (radio, CD etc) playing through all of the speakers. It is also possible to have the TV on with full surround sound and the audio from the Beosound3200

Do you have a scart lead between the Sky box and the TV? If yes, is it plugged in to the "TV" scart on the back of the Sky box as opposed to the "VCR" socket? Is the scart enabled in the Sky services menu? Opman

Symptom 1. Phone reboots during a call, bad distortion noticed on line. 2. Call list changes by itself. The calls list is corrupted and not synchronized with the other handsets. 3. No audio in handset speaker and from the microphone, speaker phone works fine. 4. Handset speaker audio level barely audible, speaker phone works fine. 5. The mic mute function
