Cut the dust caps as close to the cone as you probably can, make a pen mark before cutting, then its easy to get them in the same position when gluing them back on, just put a small amount of glue to cut on the cone, take the cut of cap and place it pen mark to pen mark with a little pressure, done, let dry. If the wire connects are close to the dustcap

Carbon and lead space I use these the pic is wrong just be sure you get top addjust, so yours should be PT10LV10 and 50K Ohm. I was lazy today doing absolutely nothing, just hanging on the forum.

In my 4000 there are also 6 pcs. but they are all 100K R so 50 K for yours could be right.
