I still haven't upgraded to the non-free version, because the player still lacks what all other internet radio apps offer: display of track/artist names of what's playing..Are we doomed to use only 3rd party devices like Linkplayer or BMLink at home to get this with B&O? The free app update makes it possible to adjust the clock contrast

Indeed this was the original concept behind BeoLab 9, that was intended for recording studios & professional use as monitors.

I don't think this has been discussed before, so wanted to share the news.. Bosscom is making a wireless Powerlink system, sending via radio the Powerlink signals as explained in the drawing.. Good thing is that the mute /auto on-off works like with true Powerlink connections. Not so good thing is that you need 2 to 3 extra power plugs!

Indeed, there's nothing about the new products, and the ones expected to be discontinued are still there (BS 3200 / BV6). I find the online catalogue very good, there are links to other pages, audio and video clips, it's -finally- interactive, which makes it more interesting than the paper edition now..But I'll pick up a paper copy next

Hi, the BeoSound 8 has no outputs, only inputs, so in theory, it is impossible to even connect a pair of headphones..! In practice, if you really want to connect a sub, the only way to do it is to send the audio signal to your sub, then use the sub's audio out to re-route the rest of the signal to the BS8. That means losing the remote control/dock

On the picture it says "BeoVox 2-2": does it mean there is/will be a BeoVox 2-1 ??

Strange as it may seem for most people, I love my Serenata, and can't imagine using another phone. I'm even thinking about buying a new one to replace it if my first one stops working; and for the moment it's been very robust and durable. 3 years of daily use, at work, home and abroad. No bugs, no viruses, no spam, it is a phone. And the

I also love mine! I bought them originally (PC version) as surround speakers in my 5.1 setup, they did the job perfectly, then I replaced them with BeoLab 3 (I know, this sounds like overkill..). Now I use them as PC speakers at work, and people are amazed at the sound coming from such small speakers. BeoLab 4000 is way too big for an office desk, and

I can't believe that I need to invest EUR 5,000 in a BeoSound 5 + another 500 to a Beo 6 just to have my album cover on remote control, when something like an Iphone or Ipod Touch already offers this (and more) via the "remote" app. This works right away with any BeoSound/BeoCenter from the last 30 years, anything fitted with an AUX input

Just to give you a hint of what "2-way communication" will look like on your new Beo6.. Taken from B&O's media website..
