Just talked to BeoCare B&O tech support. They said that it may be problem with chassis and gave me part number as well as company who is servicing B&O in the NY area. Out of curiosity I called to get a quote for the part. They laughed when they heard that I wanted to replace chassis. Its about $4K, plus software needs to be loaded. Guy in Technitron

My BeoSystem 1 has label SW 5.0 on the back and it has two antenna inputs on top panel. I have not verified SW version in the service menu - but I will once I get back home tonight.
