I'm totally behind Peter here. This is Beoworld, a site for talk about B&O. If you will help people in aid there a better channels. OK, this is a clear case. Bumping an old thread. I've got the exact same problem with one of my two handsets (the other works perfect). The strange thing is that the faulty set did get the incoming calls, but I couldn't answer (only got the annoying tone). I could see who's calling. I must deactivate the text function in my set top box to be able to use the text function in my TV. Maybe it's the same for you? I dont think your set top box is sending the text signals to the TV. That's why your TV can't find it and nothing happens when you press text on the Beo4.

I only got one TV in my ML system (LX5500). I've now moved it down to the basement (in Swedish: till Gillestugan). The BS9000 is still upstairs in the living room. To listen to one of them using the other I must use the command [AV]. Is it possible to set them both to option 2 so I just can press [RADIO] to listen to radio through the LX, and [DTV
