  • Wii connecting Bv740 MKII

Any idea of the best way to connect a wii in this configuration? For initial use I am using the camera socket and would I like a better picture and of course the best sound. There are Wii to RGB scart cables and a Wii to component cables available but not included with the console. I'm not sure in my situation which of these or another idea is best

  • Re: Panasonic DMR-BW500 - Beo4

I'll widen this thread. Bought the Panasonic DMR-BW500 and installed it on the weekend all based on a recommendation and research by James at Camberwell. The unit was a straight swapover for the Strong 5400 box in terms of connections. Performance is in a different league on all levels. I now have blue ray, Twin HDTV recording, CD, DVD and BR recording

All things being equal, which they never are, I would go for the BL10. On a 7-40 it bulks out the under section of the TV quite a bit so if the TV is placed on a wall or infront of a wall its does not

I'll answer my own question. Just found out that software update is being written and is a week or so off.

  • Panasonic DMR-BW500 - Beo4

Anyone know the name that should be selected in the STB software list and the commands it maps to the Beo4? I think the software update is relatively new. Its for a Beovision 7-40 MK11. Thanks Beoaus.

  • Re: BeoWorld 2008 Australia Meeting.

Brain Dump of the evening James hosted the evening with Matt, broken foot and all staying back from a busy day in store to help out. For those that are unaware The B&O Camberwell Store is the oldest in Melbourne. It is in its 4th location and as such has some of the longer term B&O customers. Prior to Camberwell we had Swanston St; we now have
