Quite nice, isn't it? With the iPod in place one gets Monolith associations from 2001. My preference goes to the black BeoSound 8, though.

I don't quite understand what you want to do. L/R Front carries a specific signal which contains sound effects and some voices. But the voice-information in multichannel is carried by the center-channel. If you cable to the center-signal, you will hear voices, but very little (if any - depending upon the mix of the particular movie) of the front

It appears Mr. Hughes doesn't have much faith in his products. From his reseller proposal: Take full ownership of all sales. Once a sale is completed that is a contract between the individual and their client and is in no way connected to Goldstriker or Stuart Hughes. We will provide the products for the sale and deliver them to you within the promised

Here's what you need to do. Place the amplifier upright, on its left end. Put something underneath it if you want to avoid any scratches to its surface

I'm listening to a recording of Beethoven's 6th from 1927 right now - probably done with wax. Sound quite good, actually. But then the music is good.

Yup. The mystery here is the "omitted" 96kHz in the new spec's ... which I suspect may be a mistake by our spec's-writers in Struer. I doubt they've dumped that.

I recommend experimenting with this. The Application is free for a trial period (Pure Music), the EQ-capability is in-built in OSX: http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/t/36369.aspx I'm now making the assumption that you are using a Mac in your playback chain and can therefore use this. I have BL5s, and have used this to straighten out a room-induced
