Although I havent heard the beolab 9 in a sourround setup, I would say no. The beolab 9 has a nice amount of bass in my oppinion, you would only hear a (small) differense in some action-movies with alot of explosions ect. br Christian

Well, the question is clear, would you buy a Beomedia 1 (at a reduced price) and put the dream of a Beosound 5 on hold a while? I personally haven't got the money for a beosound 5, but a used beomedia 1 is within reach. Will it integrate with a MX6000?
