  • Re: Beo5 MkII

Hi Hmf, here my impressions: but when you pick it up it feels cheap, the same plastic they use to pack eggs. I have not this cheap feeling with my beo5 at all . The dealer I bought it from has been unable to set it up correctly My beo5 is perfectly set, it does work all my B&O stuff perfectly even lot better than my Beo4 when using the macros I've

  • Re: BV7-40 mkIII 100Hz?

Santiago: Gabriel65: It seems that 100 Hz full HD tecnology, in this panel, give a fantastic images. My dealer told me that only in spring 2008, the new BV7-40 mkIII will improve a 100 Hz tecnology... I really hope that B&O soon put into action this technology. Finally this event has been confirmed by my dealer too. BeoSystem3 and BV7-40 will fit

  • Re: My Beo5 locks into a blinking mode - HELP

Santiago: Christian: Maybe it is supposed to be charging, and it might be a software bug. Like the thing, that you have to turn it off, before it will charge. I've not yet controlled indeed if the beo5 really charge the battery in USB mode or not... but I'll do a try. However I have never been forced to turned it off before put it on charge

  • Re: Set top box controller with the Beo-5!!

Gerd: Maybe because HDR2 is a OEM product, not B&O genuine? What's the actual IR command for those keys now? HDR2 is a genuine B&O product. The IR commands now are : "0:000:VTR:CNTL_WIND" & "0:000:VTR:CNTL_REWIND" and when I use the commands "0:000:VTR:WIND" & "0:000:VTR:REWIND" I get the same

  • Re: rewritable CD 's on BS9000

Sal: For what it's worth, my MKIII also cannot read CD-RWs... It has never been able to read them. CD-R's are completely fine, though. -Sal Same here with my MK II.

  • Re: My Beo5 locks into a blinking mode - HELP

wtlc2zpx: Keith Saunders: Leaving the Beo5 connected to the USB appears to quickly discharge the battery. Instead of charging it like other USB devices??? oh beo... In addition when beo5 is connected to the USB, in the upper screen also appears the word " Charging "

  • Re: Where is Beosound 5

Please, read carefully the two last post from " wtlc2zpx " all what he is witting there, is 100% correct. Using lossless format sources will give you exactly the same sound than CD sources in the BL5s, the real key in that case will not be in these two different sources, but in the rest of the BS5 inside sound processing itself.

  • Re: Beo5 and BeoMedia

There is no reason why Beo5 could sync via USB to BeoMedia for the download of information to make navigation quicker. What do you think, are B&O thinking along these lines? Hi Greg, Hmmm... I don't think so We could ask exactly the same feature for us: the beoplayer-beoport modest users...isn't it? But sadly the Beo5 only has 2Mb of flash
