Get something to stand on and take a look on the top. There is a small handle in the recess, pull it up and the cover should come away:) Jonnie

No problem. It does have some tape on it, not as much as the original. Not a problem though as there are 2 locating pegs to stop it moving anyway. Any probs let me know, it's easy, just be patient with it. Jonnie

Just done mine and it's not too bad really. Remove the front fret. Then loosen and remove the screws holding the top section where the tweeter is located. Then gently prise away the the section from the speaker, it will be tight as they are slightly bonded. I managed then to get in with a torque driver without actually removing the section completely

Thanks Tony. I have seen them before, thought it looked a little thick though? Does it look OK once applied? Jonnie

Looking for speaker fabric to recover some 8000s and 6000s. Anyone know of a good supplier? What weight fabric do B&O use? Cheers Jonnie

Hi Gary, I have a 3m length with terminals on both ends. One of the terminals has some of the plastic broken off, it still works just fine though. You can have it by all means if it will suit your needs. Let me have your address and I will stick it in the post. Jonnie

Should be fine for both. it will just need amending in service menu for B/G rather than I, easy to do. I have one for sale boxed btw if you are interested. I guess shipping could be a costly issue though! Regards Jonnie
